The GigaCore 14R includes all the features of the GigaCore 12 and offers two SFP connectors for fiber connections. It comes with a built-in line-level redundancy system enabled on the fiber ports, called RlinkX, making it easy to implement a reliable backbone for your network. RlinkX can also be enabled on other ports to create secure links.
The GROUP feature for better protocol isolation within your network, and MultiLinkX for increasing bandwidth between two GigaCores, are now included as standard.
The device also features redundant fans. A backup power supply and a backup PoE power supply are also available as options.
