Credit card payment

Our site offers you the possibility to pay by credit card, most cards are accepted: CB, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, E-carte bleue... except for American Express cards.

Once you have selected your items and your delivery option, you will be able to choose your payment method. When you click on 'Card payment', you will be redirected to our secure bank website to make your payment. To avoid fraud, your credit card payment will only be validated after the so-called '3D secure' validation. This process ensures that the bank card is properly used by its owner. The validation process is specific to your bank, but it is usually a temporary code sent to your mobile. In case of difficulty, do not hesitate to contact your bank who will be able to detail the procedure to follow.

To best ensure the security of your data, please note that at no time is your bank details communicated to us, even temporarily. The payment validation process is carried out exclusively through our bank.

However, our website uses the SSL encryption protocol (https:) to ensure that data passing between your terminal and our server cannot be intercepted and thus protect your login credentials and personal data.

Bank transfer payment

You also have the option to pay for your order by bank transfer. Unlike payment by card, this process is not immediate and can lead to a longer processing time of your order.

Once you have selected your items and your delivery option, you will be able to choose your payment method. When you click on 'Payment by bank transfer', you will be redirected to a summary page indicating the amount of the transfer to be made as well as our bank details. You must then absolutely click on the confirmation button to validate your order.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive by email a confirmation of the order as well as a summary of the transfer to be made including the total amount of the order and our bank details.

Once the transfer is made, it can take several days to be effective on our account. Bank transfers may incur charges that are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Your order will only be processed once the total amount of the order has been received.
