You have the option to select different delivery options for your order or choose to collect your order from our warehouse. The delivery costs indicated on our website are based on weight and destination and include preparation and packaging costs.

Delivery times

An estimate of delivery times is displayed on the website, on each product page and when selecting the delivery option. Although this estimate takes into account many criteria, it is given for information purposes only and does not engage our responsibility. If you have short deadlines, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

For in-stock items, we aim to ship your order on the same or next business day. However, some items may require longer preparation: assembly, tests and checks...

For custom items, it can be difficult to give you an accurate estimate. We will do our best to confirm the delivery times as soon as possible by email or phone once your order has been confirmed.

Delivery in France - 0 to 30 kg

We offer a fast delivery service for parcels from 0 to 30 kg in metropolitan France and Corsica. These shipments are being tracked; once the shipment has been made, the package number will be communicated to you by email and will be available in your order history. Deliveries are generally made by Chronopost, however we reserve the right to make delivery by any other carrier for reasons of availability or cost.

Delivery by courier in France - 30 to 600 kg

We offer a delivery service in 2 to 4 days for heavy shipments in metropolitan France and Corsica. Deliveries are generally made by the shipping company Heppner, however we reserve the right to make delivery by any other carrier for reasons of availability or cost.

Delivery in Europe - 0 to 30 kg

We offer a fast delivery service for parcels from 0 to 30 kg in Europe. The delivery is done by road, and delivery times are generally between 2 to 4 days. These shipments are being tracked; once the shipment has been made, the package number will be communicated to you by email and will be available in your order history. Deliveries are generally made by Chronopost, however we reserve the right to make delivery by any other carrier for reasons of availability or cost.

Express delivery worldwide - 0 to 30 kg

We offer an Express delivery service for parcels from 0 to 30 kg in 150 countries. Delivery is carried out by air, and delivery times are generally 24 hours for the main economic areas and a few days for the most remote countries. These shipments are being tracked; once the shipment has been made, the package number will be communicated to you by email and will be available in your order history. Deliveries are generally made by Chronopost, however we reserve the right to make delivery by any other carrier for reasons of availability or cost.

Customs formalities

Deliveries made outside the European Union are exempt from VAT but are generally subject to customs formalities and fees. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional costs related to the customs clearance of your goods.
