✔ HYBRID TECHNOLOGY

We decided to implement hybrid technology as standard in our DC digital controllers.
Specifically, the advantages are as follows:

• 1 circuit breaker = 1 channel.
• A lifespan of the hybrid modules (contactor/circuit breaker), 10 times longer compared to conventional models.
• Easier maintenance (as required by the new Machinery Directive 2027).

✔ EXTRA LARGE INFO DISPLAY

3” OLED display screen is part of the standard delivery and is designed to inform operator about the status of the controller (phases inputs, breaker status, phase inverter status, ...) and for some settings as well (channel adressing, number of channel usage limit, firmware update, phase inverter lock, ...).

✔ ADJUSTMENT FUNCTION

Each channel has an ADJUST position to quickly operate individually all hoist without having to deselect and re-select the others. Each selector has RGB LED that indicates the status of the channel : On, Off, Adjust, Going Up & Going Down.

✔ INVERT BUTTONS

In case of incorrect wiring between the controller and the hoists, which could lead to a mix of opposing movements, we provide a standard row of switches allowing each channel to be reversed individually. To prevent any changes to this setting, it can be locked via the DIGITAL interface on the front panel.

✔ SOFTWARE

The controller is equipped with software that can be updated for free by downloading files from the Altimate website. Additional features can be added even after purchase.

✔ ETHERNET CONNECTOR

As we use DIGITAL technology, all PCB are linked with Ethernet port (RJ45).

✔ GROUP STOP SWITCH

The group stops if a circuit breaker in the controller trips, but the bypass function could be activated to ensure safe operation with remaining operational channels.
